API600 Gate Valve<\/h1>

Gate valve refers to a valve whose closing member (gate) moves in the vertical direction of the center line of the passage, mainly constructed by valve body, bonnet, stem gate, sealing packing, handwheel\/gearbox and other components. Normally the two ends of the valve are connected to the pipeline with flange using studs and nuts.<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/section>

Universal trim: 13Cr stem, wedge in CA 15 or 13Cr faced, and CoCr alloy faced seat API Trim 8 suitable for applications up to 850\u00b0F (454\u00b0C).
\nSeat face CoCr alloy hardfaced, ground and lapped to a mirror finish.
\nFlexible wedge with low center stem-wedge contact, in solid CA15 (13Cr) or hardfaced with 13Cr, SS 316, Monel or CoCr alloy. Wedge is ground and lapped to a mirror finish and tightly guided to prevent dragging and seat damage.
\nA CoCr alloy hardfaced CF8M wedge is also available.
\nNon-rotating stem with precision Acme threads and burnished finish. Double Acme for faster operation.
\nBody and bonnet joint accurately machined.
\nBody and bonnet castings are precision machined.
\nOne-piece bonnet for better alignment and fewer parts for Class 150 up to NPS 16 (DN 400).

\nASME Classes: 150\u2013300: 1\u204416\u201d raised face
\nASME Classes: 600\u20131500: \u00bc\u201d raised face
\nFinish: 125\u2013250 AARH for all valves.
\nRotating stem nut is Austenitic ductile iron Gr. D-2C renewable in line (as shown).
\nWhen handwheel is used, thrust bearings are supplied as follows:
\nASME Classes 150\u2013300: NPS 10\u201312 (DN 250\u2013300), 1 bearing (top)
\nNPS 14 (DN 350) and up, two bearings
