We are pleased to take you on a virtual tour of STV\u2019s quality control. Following photos show how our inspection department and technical department work on valves, including many steps involved in the manufacturing, testing and package. Out team attaches high importance to quality.<\/p>\n

We have whole complete strict inspection steps, which include from raw material, machining process, hydraulic test, painting, packing to shipment. Original inspection records are preserved, Cert. \u2013 3.1 is provided with every valve. Inspectors are responsible for their inspected valves. For qualified valves, they stamp steel seal on bonnet flange surface.<\/p>\n
